Not satisfied with your Vaaniari purchase? Changed your mind after receiving your order? No problem. We offer a full refund returned to us within 2 days of the delivery date only for all orders shipped within India.. Here are the steps for returning your Vaaniari purchases:
1. Inform: Share the name and image of the product via email at thevaaniar@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your product. We will approve your return request, initiating the next steps.
2. Return: Upon approval, ship the products you wish to return in their original packaging within 3 days of our approval. Ensure the product(s) are in their original, unused condition with intact packaging. We cannot process a refund for damaged products or those shipped without original packaging. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick up from your end. The cost of shipping would be deducted from your refund amount.
3. Refund: Once we receive the returned package, we will notify you within 24-48 hours. After a quality check, we will calculate the applicable refund as per our Refund Policy.
